James and Bernadine live in Florida with their dog Barkley. They have six wonderful grandchildren; four girls and two boys. James taught math and economics whilst living in England. In California and Arizona, he worked as a banker, stockbroker and insurance agent. As well as being a homemaker, Bernadine at one time owned her own bookstore.
